Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a request?
Each GraphQL query or mutation counts as one request. WebSocket subscription connections are counted separately. Webhook deliveries don't count against your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Prorated credits are applied to your account.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll send you a warning at 80% usage. If you exceed your limit, requests will return a 429 error until the next day. Consider upgrading if you regularly hit limits.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Developer and Business plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll be prompted to add payment details before the trial ends.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free. Contact us or select annual billing during checkout.
