1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChainVue's API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ChainVue provides blockchain data infrastructure including:
- GraphQL API access to Verus blockchain data
- MCP Gateway for AI assistant integration
- WebSocket subscriptions for real-time updates
- Webhook delivery for event notifications
3. API Usage
You agree to use the API in accordance with our documentation and rate limits. Abuse of the API, including but not limited to:
- Exceeding rate limits repeatedly
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Using the API for illegal purposes
- Reselling API access without authorization
may result in immediate termination of your account.
4. API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share your keys or expose them in public repositories. ChainVue is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised keys.
5. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
6. Service Level
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. For enterprise SLA requirements, please contact us for custom agreements.
7. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate blockchain data, ChainVue makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data. You should independently verify critical data before making decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
ChainVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your API access will be revoked. You may export your data before termination. Sections regarding limitation of liability survive termination.
